BIOGRAPHY

I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. Although, much of my family is from Tokyo and I have lived there for short periods of time.

I studied at the University of Washington's Center for Digital Arts and Experimental Media (DXARTS) BFA program. We recently had our BFA Thesis Show. I focused much of my research around mechatronic art installations, but also did work with interactive data visualization, 3-D Animation, and computer music software development.

In my free time I enjoy gardening, swimming, Capoeira, silk screening, and jamming out on video game drum sets.
